There was a disastrous unexpected pipe breakage in one of our family homes where we needed some help fast! Water from the pipe spread throughout the entire home setting in the front porch!

Most importantly, he came in with empathy towards my aging parents who were rocked with shock upon the impending circumstances current and ahead.
