Very fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend!
There was a disastrous unexpected pipe breakage in one of our family homes where we needed some help fast! Water from the pipe spread throughout the entire home setting in the front porch!
One late evening phone call turned into a rapid response team that rallied to arrive out our location within a literal hour or so to begin there mitigation process. One phone call turned into multiple follow up calls to assure us that they were on the way.
Jeff Lucas was the ultimate professional! His knowledge, honesty, expertise and efficiency were unmatched! Most importantly, he came in with empathy towards my aging parents who were rocked with shock upon the impending circumstances current and ahead. My parents were adamant to note that Jeff was careful to listen and be a source of peace amidst the uncertainty.
Jamie, Jeff’s supervisor, matched Jeff’s pace, arriving on the scene the next morning to further investigate and provide further care and concern that extended throughout the mitigation and insurance processes. 10/10 recommend there services!
Jeff’s contact card attached!
Very communicative and fast repairs after bathtub leak from 2nd floor.
Great service! Quick response! The owner Jamie is very friendly and easy to work with.
Horizon emergency services helped me repair a few leaks in my house, helped restore my floors and I’m going to continue using them in the future if needed. The team is amazing and services are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience working with Horizon Emergency Services & Restoration. I had interior water damage from a roof leak caused by a recent storm. DJ responded immediately and explained the mitigation process to me in detail. Jeff was a delight to work with. He was always polite, punctual, and went above and beyond to keep my home clean while he was working. I really appreciate that Horizon worked with me while I navigated issues between my condo insurance policy and the HOA master policy. This was a stressful time as a homeowner but they made the process very easy. I also used Horizon for the repairs after the mitigation because I trusted DJ after our first experience. The price was fair and the work was excellent. There are no signs of damage from a few weeks ago. Thank you for everything!
Jeff was very timely, communicated well, and took good care of our belongings when a water leak damaged our home. He answered all my questions and was polite and professional! Would recommend!
Horizon’s team has been nothing but outstanding. They were prompt within an hour of us calling for help regarding flooding to over half of our home. Jeff was out tech and walked us through every step of what to expect. He’s a man of integrity and did such a thorough job to not only mitigate all the water but also construction wise. Salvaging everything he could, while also demoing our home. He had a very calm demeanor in a time of our panic and was very reassuring to our emotions regarding the state of our house. DJ has also been very communicative and prompt with what has/is/and will be done with our house and the future process of reconstruction. Both Jeff and DJ have put us first as customers and will fight for you against insurance, which helps ease our pain and takes that mental load off of us during this stressful time. Can’t recommend a better company than Horizon and their employees, Jeff and DJ
I’m very happy with the service provided. They were able to come to my home in under an hour to start cleanup. The tech sent Jeff, was very polite and
Professional. Would recommend them to a friend if needed.
DJ and his team responded promptly and efficiently to the water damage situation. DJ arrived the next day to conduct the evaluation and his team began the mitigation process the day after that. With great attention to detail, they carefully covered all surrounding areas to protect them from dust and debris during the repair work. Once the mitigation process was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up the worksite, leaving no mess behind. Their professionalism and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment were greatly appreciated, ensuring minimal disruption and peace of mind throughout the entire process.
They were helpful answering questions . Finished up on all work and cleaned up all areas. Looks great
